RETURN POLICY - At Bridal Silk Bouquets, we make every effort to meet, and even surpass, you expectations. In order to maintain the highest standards, you will be given the opportunity at every step to have samples to match color in flowers and ribbons, etc. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to view your bouquets before shipping to make changes or give approval.
However, even with all these safeguards to guarantee your satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order after you receive it, it may be returned for a refund. The wedding package must be returned in good condition before the wedding date for a refund. The cost of shipping it is at your expense.
CANCELLATION POLICY - When you place an order at Bridal Silk Bouquets, the work does not begin until payment is received. If you find that you need to cancel your order, and no materials have been purchased toward your order, then you may receive a full refund.
